Processing and packaging all occur within 24 hours of harvesting to preserve the authentic taste of freshly picked tomatoes. We have blended our passata with basil leaves to create a generous and delicious sauce. Perfect for any quick recipe, it is a wonderful match for spaghetti dishes: a simple yet generous combination!

This is the quickest and easiest Mutti product to prepare because it only needs to be heated. The passata retains its bright red colour, velvety texture and sweet flavour.

Tomato Concentrated in all its forms is a great way to bring flavour, texture and colour to your cooking. Mutti Polpa keeps all the freshness of freshly picked tomatoes. This unique product combines the finely cut pulpy part of the fruit with its own juice.Mutti® Finely Chopped Tomatoes (Polpa) are made with just two ingredients – sun-ripened 100% Italian tomatoes from the Emilia Romagna region and a pinch of Mediterranean sea salt. Picked when perfectly ripe, coldly crushed, and processed with our patented technology to capture the flavor of just-harvested tomatoes.  So remarkably fresh, you can try them straight from the can!  Excellent for a fast tomato sauce, gazpacho, or even bruschetta.

Mutti Finely Chopped Tomatoes is a unique product that combines the juice of the tomato with its thinly diced flesh, and is able to retain all the freshness of freshly picked fruit. It can be used in all fish dishes, as well as recipes that call for raw tomatoes. In fact, Mutti Finely Chopped Tomatoes releases similar aromas and herbaceous notes, and offers the same vibrant red colour as the sun-ripened summer fruit.
