Made from nature's original wheat, einkorn has remained untouched by modern hybridization and large-scale agriculture for 12,000 years. Einkorn is fast becoming the wheat of choice for the gluten-sensitive due to its very weak and easily digestible gluten. Bake beautiful bread, cakes, muffins, and cookies with Jovial’s Organic Einkorn Flour- it’s much easier to work with than gluten-free flour. Description Our organic tomatoes are grown on small organic, family farms in Italy. They are lovingly cared for during the hot summer months for a naturally sweet and flavorful finished product. We pack the tomatoes within hours of harvesting, when they are at the perfect stage of ripening. Our tomatoes never travel by truck, just a short distance by tractor from the field to where they are jarred. We do not add salt or additives. Just as if we were doing home canning, we pack the tomatoes in a special organic tomato purée that we prepare in small batches. When tomatoes are not in season in your own garden, enjoy the very best alternative.
