JIMS ORGANIC COFFEE

A medium body, medium acidity coffee. Very basic but very, very good. This is a top seller as it is such a crowd pleaser. For my wife, this blend of grace, full of aroma and good taste. You’ll love its smoothness, it’s never bitter. So relax with a cup, leave the kids with a sitter.

Complex, well balanced and chipper with a clean taste. With seven components, this masterfully blended coffee contains our highest ingredient count! As new crops come and go, we change it up periodically so this coffee is constantly evolving. Not unlike a good home unit. Notes: floral, milk chocolate, woody.

Big, full flavor with slightly carbonized taste. We use primarily Central American for our French Roast. We roast it so the beans just begin to ‘sweat’. This is when the oils begin to be released and the beans shine slightly. What happens then is, over time, the oils continue to be released and you get the shiny dark roast look. And while our straight French Roast is pretty classic, we also add a blend component from outside Central America to spice it up just a bit…

This coffee started as a hodgepodge of dark roasts to create a one of a kind blend for one of our customers. The coffee was named "Witches Brew" but due to the hodgepodge, we internally called it "Blend X". Hence the now full name of "Blend X aka Witches Brew". It’s crafty. On many levels.

Deeply rich and opulent with milk chocolate-like notes.

A dark roast house blend, this combines Vienna, Italian and French roasts to yield an ambrosian aroma and savory, full-bodied, smoky taste. Deeply satisfying.

Our current lot of Colombian is from a group of farms called Kachalu, where we have been sourcing fine coffee from for many years. The Kachalu farms surround a forest preserve, managed by Fundacion Natura, that protects an endangered species of Andean oak. The farms are part of the Rainforest Alliance certification program and provide habitat for a rich diversity of birds and wildlife.

Dark Roast | Roast: Very Dark FLAVOR NOTES:The pitch black of the beans reflect the intensity of the taste. Our darkest roast. We use Guatemalan as its primary ingredient and take it as far as we dare go. The Guatemalan is a dense and powerful coffee so we can roast it very dark without it picking up a burnt taste.

Flavored | Roast: Light FLAVOR NOTES:All-natural hazelnut flavor added to a mellow coffee base. A flavored classic! All of our flavored coffees use Central and/or South American coffees as a base. We then add flavorings from natural and organic compliant sources – extracts and the like.
