After using the Water Process method to decaffeinate these high altitude Central American Arabicas, we dark roast them in the French style. The result is an earthy, round and satisfying cup.

We carefully blend certified organic estate Arabicas, and then roast them slowly until they reveal a smoky and dense character, for an unforgettable cup.

Mocha Java is one of the first blends that pairs coffee from two opposite corners of the world where they are grown. One area is Yemen and the other being Indonesia. Our interpretation and combination of these two coffee forms an earthy yet citrus forward light roast.

This blend uses only coffee grown in high-elevation regions to provide superior taste to drinkers. Blending beans from Jamaica, Central and South Americas, this coffee has a slightly sweet and full body. Our blend is roasted light to provide a buttery, refined, and smooth cup of coffee.

Colombia, one of the major producers of coffee in the world, is well known for their high-quality beans. Supremo being one of the largest of coffee beans produced provides a full-bodied and extremely flavorful coffee that is tangy with a clean finish and understated sweetness.
