Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used supplements, vitamins, or health products
Perishable goods
Personal care items that have been opened

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@superhealthysupplies.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
